Fine Fettle - Norwalk Dispensary

Confusing experience when I initially walked in you had to wait in line before you could actually enter the dispensary within the lobby area but nobody said anything so I went to go in and the lady told me I wasn't allowed to enter and I was in the back of a line but there was just no sign or explanation given when I walked in. Also someone near me was asked to leave the group next to me cause apparently you cant have more than 2 people per group due to lack of space by the buisness. Very little coordination and when I recommended there be a sign in the lobby pr bud tenders be vocal before confused customers try to enter all I got was "interesting" . So just FYI if you plan on spending time in a dispensary dont go here , theres no displays only pads to order , over crowded, not friendly, and mot open to feedback from customers, bud tenders gave stand offshore vibes

Always a pleasure going here. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They take the time to help you find what you need specifically. I highly recommend this place and giving them five out of five stars.

Jasmine was delightful. She helped me select what I needed as I’m not very articulate about my vapes and batteries and cartridges. She made it very easy and I enjoyed working with her.

I love this dispensary! The folks here are knowledgeable and friendly and fun to visit with. They've always got the skinny on what's new, what's coming up, what's to keep my eye out for. Definitely in the know. I'm out to visit them right now :-)

Both employees were knowledgeable on terpenes annd options; they helped me find effective edibles for nighttime relaxation without immediate sedation. Store has easy in and out access with parking.
